Be promoted to Band X within 2 years. The Band 5 Annex T posts are development posts where you will undergo a period of preceptorship with the aim of gaining the competencies required to fulfil a Band 6 position.

During this period you will be assessed and if you meet the competencies there will be an increase in your salary as you progress up to Band 6. A generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and 10 Public Holidays.
