Job Description

About The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Education Support Officer to join our friendly team at St Ninian’s High School. You will be joining our Curriculum Support Team as a Cover Supervisor, leading classes during short-term teacher absences and helping to maintain a positive, focused classroom environment. You will keep students engaged and will also have the opportunity to support other practical areas of the school when not covering lessons. This role offers variety - covering different subjects, getting involved in extracurricular activities, and making each day fresh and engaging.

You’ll build strong relationships and develop valuable skills in leadership, communication, and classroom management. This is a 37-hour, term-time position (plus one week), though we’re happy to consider part-time arrangements.
