We are looking for a new team member to join us as Isotank Operations Specialist for our Isotank Container Department in Noatum Türkiye İstanbul Office.Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for Isotank Operations Specialist to join our Isotank Container Department. You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service. Our people share our business goals to continuously improve, innovate and challenge the everyday.What You Will Be DoingAs Isotank Operations Specialist, you will execute operational logistics requirements necessary for the successful import and/or export of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer’s satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute logistics requirements necessary for the successful export and/or import of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer’s satisfaction; Accomplish tasks before deadline given by Isotank Container Director.Manage day-to-day operational emergencies in your area and to inform Isotank Container Director any serious incidents.Work cooperatively with colleagues to balance workloads, resulting in the effective and timely updating of necessary information, customer communication, freight billing, collections and documentation requirements.Colloborating with the Isotank Container Team weekly, monthly and end of month activities demanded by the business and come up with resolution of any cost control or invoicing issues.Execution of the entire operation process for the customers under her/his responsibility,Execution of all coordination with Stolt, equipment selection, follow-up,Processing of reservations from Stolt or local customers,Ensuring the flow of information by making timely and complete notifications to all relevant units,Tank container selection, execution of internal transportation process, follow-up of temporary acceptance procedures,Opening and tracking files in the Stolt program,Creating files in SOFT program, making income/expense entries,Following the customs stages of the organized shipments,Follow-up, control and preparation of documentation (HBL & MBL) processes,Printing HBL and issuing invoices after the ship's departure,Ensuring that the relevant documents are delivered to the customers by proceeding in coordination with the finance unit,Resolving erroneous invoices by negotiating with the ship owner or suppliers,Complete and timely preparation of periodic reports.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree,Minimum 2 year operations experience in the tank container industry or a comparable alternative.Advanced level of English.Strong international experience, and awareness of cultures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be ethical, impartial, organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize, and set goals.
