Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist to drive our hiring efforts—primarily focused on livestream hosts, but not limited to roles in digital media and e-commerce. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and secure the right talent to support our growing business needs in a fast-paced, content-driven environment. What You Will DoPartner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil recruitment needs across various functions, including roles in digital media and livestream hosting. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesacross multiple departments.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly for live hosting and content-related roles. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Track and analyse recruitment data, providing insights and reports to management to support decision-making. Coordinate and manage livestream host schedules to ensure optimal coverage and alignment withlivestream plans. What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquistion role.

Proven experience in hiring live streamers, influencers, or on-camera personalities is a strong advantage. Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms. Strong command of English with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
