Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through online channels. Actively engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns. Quickly and effectively handle customer complaints.

Sales PerformanceMeet and exceed individual sales targets. Convert online customer inquiries into sales. Manage and follow up on customer quotes. Boost sales by recommending additional products. Adhere to all sales and service protocols. Stock ManagementOversee stock allocation and control processes. Manage stock returns and repairs. Ensure precise stock management following company policies. Maintain real-time updates on stock records. ComplianceSubmit daily compliance documents. Provide necessary information for compliance checks. Identify and mitigate potential risks or fraud. Ensure secure handling of customer documents. Team AdministrationEnsure all administrative systems are operational. Use daily reports to update case statuses. Meet all administrative deadlines.

Actively participate in team meetings and share insights.
