S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional and operational areas.

Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day guidance to all employees on HR functional areas including administration, onboarding and employee relations among othersTackle HR related matters and tasks in compliance with labor lawCover all the onboarding and offboarding cycleUpdate periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRMUpdate and monitor HR policies and SOP’s, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departmentsAssist in the implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all acrossMaintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper actionDevelop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and terminationsConduct exit interviews identifying trends and remedial actions in coordination with the HRMEnsure that probation meetings are conducted and forms are filled in due timeEngage and coordinate closely with the Center of Excellence in projects related to employee and organizational needsAttend to employee relations, address performance concerns and other related issues and escalate to the direct manager when and as neededPartner with other departments such as Finance, Legal and IT achieving shared organizational goals and objectivesMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, local labor laws and HR best practices reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceParticipate in evaluating and monitoring training programs, with a close follow up on mandatory trainings (Code of conduct, Cybersecurity, IT, etc.

)Coordinate in the planning of HR initiatives and events focused on enhancing employee engagement and company cultureSupport in the implementation of myMidis modules across all departments. Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related fieldExperienceAt least 3 years of relevant experience
