Lead application renewal projects at overseas bases, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing business impact. Drive the preparation and deployment of Mitsubishi Fuso's standalone IT model, aligning it with organizational goals and each market's requirements. Evaluate synergies across international IT operations and identify opportunities for optimization and collaboration. Collaborate with regional and global teams to promote the integration of IT systems and processes. Oversee overall project management (delivery schedules, budgets, and deliverables). Analyze business needs and plan and implement innovative IT solutions aligned with international market strategies.
