We are committed to building a world-class operation driven by safety, efficiency, and technological innovation.Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role oversees daily IT operations, user support, system compliance, and network security across both Head Office and site operations. The position also plays a key role in maintaining IT asset integrity and supporting the company’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily IT operations to ensure stable network connectivity, system reliability, and data protection.Manage and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, end-point protection, and user access control.Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including onboarding for new employees.Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and timely renewal or replacement.Conduct regular system backups and data synchronization between Head Office and site.Monitor IT compliance, cybersecurity, and internal control standards in line with company policies.Support research and implementation of new digital and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and automation.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system security.Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, firewall management, end-point protection, LAN/WAN, virtualization, and cloud servers.Skilled in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT documentation.Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.Experience in the mining, industrial, or energy sector is an advantage.
