Including, but not limited to:Manages executive-level calendars and coordinates meetings.Carries out special administrative or office operations projects.Serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks.Answers phone calls, responds to general phone calls, emails, or written inquiries.Maintains department records and files.Takes and distributes notes and minutes at staff and other meetings.Handles Tier 1 information technology (IT) support tickets.Provides a range of advanced administrative and support services to the department. Including, but not limited to:Welcomes and directs visitors.Maintains designated calendars for conference rooms and makes sure all conference room equipment is operational and rooms remain tidy.Retrieves, sorts, and distributes mail.Prepares, reviews, distributes, and/or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters, and reports.Works under general supervision. May work independently or with other workers. Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time.REQUIRED: At least two years' experience DIRECTLY SUPPORTING AN EXECUTIVE, including managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks. Must be punctual as this is a highly relied upon position.On-site ONLY Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
