Bridgepointe’s expert IT Strategists help clients achieve optimal IT results without costly consulting agreements.Job DescriptionThe IT Administrator will perform overall information systems planning, implementation, and administrative procedures in a variety of IT systems. The IT Administrator will also provide operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimum utilization of IT resources. Supports and coaches team members on effective methods to use internal tools to enhance their Bridgepointe Experience. Will work with IT Manager and Helpdesk staff to ensure the latest software/driver updates and machine policies are delivered to end users systems via device management platform. Additionally, the IT Administrator will be assigned various duties in relation to tracking/managing the IT asset life cycle, managing inventory and maintaining information on software license allocation. This role will not be responsible for business system development or administration but may assist in deployment, training, and support. This position will be responsible for assisting in maintenance, support, and escalations for a nationwide remote workforce with offices in San Mateo and Irvine, CA as well as Morristown, NJ, Blue Bell, PA, & Frisco, TX.The IT Administrator WillMaintain and administrate Bridgepointe University, including creation of custom content as it relates to internal tools & systems.Serve as secondary/backup escalation coordinator for internal Helpdesk issues as they arise, including for off hours incidents.Assist in administration, training, and escalations for Salesforce & The Signal.Ability to serve as technical lead on IT Projects as they relate to our Microsoft, Zoom, etc.Support IT Operational projects including M&A, internal software deployments, and cross-departmental projects.Assist in maintenance of Microsoft, Atlassian, and Smartsheet environments, including requests for custom workflows.QUALIFICATIONS & PROFICIENCIESBachelor’s degree or 2-4 Years Helpdesk Experience ( or related IT Experience)Experience with Microsoft Entra, Office 365, Azure, Teams/SharePoint, Zoom, Atlassian, Salesforce, & DocuSign or similar systems required.Experience with remote workforces, cloud infrastructure, cloud storage, automation, & scripting is preferred, along with familiarity of systems such as Adobe, Smartsheet, and Teams Direct Routing.BENEFITSCompany subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Care benefitsHSA PlanShort-term and Long-term DisabilityCompany-paid AD&D and Life InsuranceCompetitive Pay401k planUnlimited PTOFlexible and innovative work environmentBridgepointe Technologies, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
