Shiftmove is expanding fast: after acquiring Optimum Automotive and in the process of integrating Ocean, we're building a truly multinational company. To support this journey, we're looking for an IT Admin to join our office in France.In this role, you'll take care of daily IT operations, support onboarding of new hires, manage hardware and software setups, and help us strengthen security. Over time, you'll also gain exposure to broader IT administration and infrastructure topics, from upgrading servers to supporting system consolidation across entities.Are you someone who loves helping others and making technology work smoothly? If so, we'd love to hear from you!What you'll do Be the first point of contact for IT questions and problems in the office (and occasionally remote) Support onboarding and offboarding, preparing laptops, setting up accounts, and following checklists Manage IT hardware and equipment (laptops, adapters, headsets, etc.) Take care of day-to-day support tickets - from troubleshooting Windows issues to software access requests Ensure IT maintenance - installing updates, maintaining servers, MFA rollouts, and basic system administration Contribute to consolidation projects as we integrate OA, Ocean, and Shiftmove systems into one scalable setupYour profileStrong user-first mindset, you enjoy helping people and explaining tech in simple termsHands-on experience in IT support, customer service with technical flair, or a similar roleSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS; Mac experience is a plusFamiliarity with setting up devices, troubleshooting, and following technical guides confidentlyStructured and reliable - you like to work through checklists and make sure things are done properly and on timeFluent in English and FrenchBonus: exposure to servers, MFA/SSO rollouts, or background tasks like system upgradesWhy this role matters ?You'll make sure every new joiner feels welcome, every device works, and the team can rely on someone who just gets things done.
