Were looking for an IT Administrator who can be the go-to person for users someone who loves solving problems fast, keeps systems secure and running smoothly, and enjoys working in a modern cloud-first environment.What You Will DoProvide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Manage and troubleshoot Windows endpoints, laptops, and core business appsMonitor servers, networking, antivirus, patching, and backupsHandle Service Desk tickets (ServiceNow/Jira) log, assign, follow-up till closureCoordinate with vendors and internal IT teams when escalations are neededMaintain IT inventories, documentation, and access controlsSupport automation, monitoring, and security best practicesWhat We Expect3-5+ years experience in IT Support / IT Administration in an enterprise or hybrid environmentHands-on with Microsoft 365 & Intune AdministrationFamiliarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)Strong understanding of patching, endpoint security, and cloud basics (Azure is an advantage)ITIL / Microsoft / Azure / Intune certifications are a plusGreat communicator, calm under pressure, and a natural problem solverWilling to support 24×7 environments or rotational shifts if requiredWhy this is a good moveExposure to enterprise-grade systems and global users Work on both day-to-day operations and improvement initiatives A role where impact is visible and growth is fast
