This role requires strong communication, technical troubleshooting, and the ability to operate effectively within service-level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform access provisioning and application support across multiple systems.Review and validate access request forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Communicate with requesters and stakeholders regarding access setup and troubleshooting.Retain evidence and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Troubleshoot access and system issues promptly.Run and maintain operational reports to support team processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SLAs.Required Experience:3-5 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or related roles.Application support and access provisioning experience required.Strong report generation and Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice-to-Have Experience:SQL experience.AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or compliance background.Previous banking or financial services experience.Required Skills:Application SupportAccess ProvisioningMicrosoft ExcelPreferred Skills:SQLPowerShellSASAdditional Skills:ITIL and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)Audit documentationSLA adherenceTroubleshooting and incident managementAbout the Client:Top 10 bank in Canada and North America offering comprehensive financial solutions.
