Job Description
Role Purpose:Provide expert-level support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise business applications—including Farvision, Maximo (CAFM & HSE) and other digital platforms. Ensure system reliability, smooth integrations, and continuous service improvement to meet evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities:Advanced Application Support & Maintenance;• Serve as Level-2/Level-3 support for critical enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of complex incidents.• Perform root-cause analysis and permanent fixes to recurring issues.• Plan and execute system patches, upgrades, and performance tuning with minimal downtime.• Maintain detailed technical documentation and application knowledge base.User & Business Engagement;• Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements for changes and enhancements.• Provide training, guidance, and user adoption support.• Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage escalations and long-term fixes.Integration & Continuous Improvement;• Oversee integrations between key systems such as Farvision, Maximo, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.• Participate in solution design, testing (UAT), and deployment of new modules or enhancements.• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.Compliance & Reporting;• Ensure all application changes comply with IT governance, security, and audit requirements.• Track KPIs, SLA compliance, and prepare regular health and performance reports.Required Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in application support or administration of enterprise systems.• Strong knowledge of ERP, CAFM, and CRM solutions, with experience in SQL/database queries and API integrations.• Solid understanding of ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.Key Competencies:• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.• Ability to work independently on complex issues and lead small enhancement projects.• Proactive and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement.Preferred Skills:• Experience with enterprise applications such as Maximo (CAFM & HSE), Genesys, Document Management Systems etc.• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure), automation tools, and data/BI reporting.• ITIL Foundation or higher-level certification
