Job Description
What You Will DoProvide day-to-day application support to Company’s core applications, mobile applications, and other integrated systems.Monitor application performance and ensure availability and reliability.Follow established escalation procedures during application outages or high/ critical incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and implement improvementsParticipate in weekend on-call rotations to provide support outside regular business hours.Respond promptly to high/ critical support requests during on-call periods.Use SQL to investigate and troubleshoot application issues, root cause analysis and support data validationCreate and optimize SQL queries from scratch to fulfill business and IT requirements.Assist in data extraction and reporting tasks as needed.Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge-based pagesServe as primary point of contact (POC) for at least one supported application.Develop deep expertise in the assigned application to provide advanced support and guidance.What You Need To HaveAt least 2-3 years of experience in Application Support or similar roleFamiliarity with ticketing tools (e.g JIRA) and monitoring and logging tools (e.g Splunk, Azure)Has experience of creating technical documentationExcellent customer service skills in both verbal and writtenJob Perks You’ll EnjoyHybrid work setupPermanent dayshift scheduleUp to 20% variable performance-based bonusHMO on Day 1 and HMO dependents coverage including same-sex partnersAccess to mental health and wellness partnersWellness Leaves and Birthday LeaveInternal career mobility optionsLocal and international learning opportunitiesEmpower Filipinos with innovative financial solutions at Home Credit Philippines.
