Job Descriptions:Provide support for enterprise applications, ensuring system reliability and availability.Conduct user training to maximize application utilization and user proficiency.Perform routine system maintenance, monitor application health, and manage performance to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality, data, and system integration.Create and maintain detailed system documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and generate operational reports on system performance and issues.Engage in IT projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new digital solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a relevant field.Having 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Application or System Administration.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Programming Language (e.g., C/C++, SQL, Python, etc).Familiarity with database concepts and management (e.g., data querying, integrity, etc).Knowledge of System Integration principles and the drive towards Digitalization.Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with users from various departments.
