You’ll ensure architectural coherence, code quality, and technical excellence across front-end and back-end developments.Your role will combine technical mastery, team leadership, and a strong sense of ownership.💡 What You’ll DoLead and mentor development teams (front & back end)Define and review technical tasks, designs, and codeContribute to architectural decisions and best practicesEnsure smooth delivery of robust, scalable web applicationsCollaborate with business and functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup🧠 Your Profile10+ years of experience in Java developmentProven experience as Technical Lead or ArchitectExpertise in Java EE, Spring Boot, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)Solid experience with Angular (or JSF), HTML, CSS, JavaScriptDatabase proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or OracleFamiliarity with Docker, OpenShift, Gradle, Maven, JenkinsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDutch-speaking (required)Nice to have: SoapUI, Podman, Selenium, Event sourcing, Microservices⚙️ Tech Stack SnapshotJava / Spring Boot / Angular / JSF / Docker / OpenShift / Gradle / Maven / Jenkins / PostgreSQL / Oracle🌍 Work EnvironmentHybrid setup – a few days per week in Brussels (Avenue Fonsny), combined with remote flexibility.
