Responsibilities:The IT Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for the planning and coordinating of engagements and its continuous oversight until completion for the accounts assigned. This includes preparation of audit work programs.Day-to-day project management and administration activities which includes monitoring progress of and providing regular status of the project, identifying project risk issues and dependencies, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks and address issues.Review clients' processes and controls against leading practice and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management (as required given the nature of engagement)Responsible for providing technical guidance and other needed support to less experienced team members and equivalent counterparts.Prepare reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of control structure along with practical recommendations based on industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT 2019, ITIL, etc.) Identify key business issues and report clearly and articulately to the client and the firm’s management the results of procedures performedQualifications:Has at least 5 years of experience in IT Audit supporting external audit or IT Internal AuditExperienced in performing controls assessment/ evaluation of relevant General IT Controls and IT Application Controls (i.e., Test of Design and Implementation, and Operating Effectiveness), risk assessment, system application audit of Enterprise Resource Planning packages (SAP, Oracle Financials, Hyperion, PeopleSoft and Cognos), SOC and SOX engagements.Demonstrates thorough understanding of complex information systems and other layers of technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Finacle, POS systems, MS SQL, Oracle DB, Windows, Linux, AS400, etc.)Has good understanding of how a potential issue related to GITC and/or ITAC could impact the audit.Highly skilled in documentation and report preparation.Confident and well-versed in facilitating discussions with FS Audit counterparts, client contacts, and others.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willing to handle global engagements and work in a shifting schedule.
