With our recent growth, high performers can expect to move into a Director role within 18 to 24 months!”Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT Risk Assurance: Oversee a portfolio of IT risk assurance engagements, including IT audits as part of financial statement audits and standalone advisory assignments.Conduct Assessments: Evaluate IT general controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and system-generated reports across ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Support Financial Audits: Collaborate with financial audit teams to identify IT dependencies and leverage technology controls.Lead and Mentor: Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and support their professional development.Prepare Documentation: Create and review audit workpapers, risk assessments, and client reports.Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.Contribute to Growth: Participate in internal methodology development and practice growth initiatives, including financial reporting and business development.Talent Development: Mentor junior staff and assist in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for the firm.Candidate ProfileQualifications: Ideally, you are a qualified accountant with CISA certification and experience in IT audit, technology risk, or ERP assurance within a professional services firm or internal audit function.PackageCompetitive Salary: Attractive remuneration package for the right candidate.Bonus & Benefits: Enjoy an appealing bonus structure and benefits package.Work Remotely: 100% remote work option available!How to ApplyThis is a unique opportunity to join a progressive team!
