A diverse, qualified, and engaged talent pool is the key to our ongoing success.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Analyst to take ownership of analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and designing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will support three manufacturing locations—two in Romania and one in Poland and will be an integral part of the European IT team, ensuring alignment and consistency in system implementation and process optimization across sites.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new functionalities, process improvements, and system configurations in D365 Finance & Operations,Analyze existing business processes and propose optimized workflows leveraging standard D365 capabilities,Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development or configuration,Configure D365 modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, MRP) in alignment with business needs and best practices,Conduct fit-gap analyses for new rollouts, upgrades, or feature enhancements,Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions,Perform system testing (unit, functional, UAT) and coordinate user acceptance and sign-off,Deliver training sessions, user documentation, and support materials to ensure successful adoption,Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements.Your profileBachelor’s degree in Business Systems, IT, Finance, or a related field,5–10 years of experience in business analysis or application support and development,Experience working in an international environment and managing projects across regions,Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations modules, especially Procurement, Inventory, and Production,Hands-on experience with system configuration, security setup, workflows, and reporting in D365,Solid understanding of ERP integration concepts, data migration, and testing methodologies,Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,Flexibility to travel,Fluency in English and RomanianCome join us and embark on a fascinating journey with Greenbrier !The Greenbrier Companies are equal employment opportunity employers.
