IT Business Analyst

We’re strengthening our digital ecosystem and looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead key transformation initiatives across our operations.Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping (BPMN/flowcharts), and solution design.Drive digital transformation projects: ERP enhancements, POS modernization, and core system implementation.Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless system integration (inventory–POS–delivery).Deliver data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Support Agile/Scrum execution to accelerate delivery.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management, Information Systems, IT, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including in F&B/QSR/retail chains.Strong experience with ERP/POS projects and major systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics 365).Familiarity with POS platforms (NCR, Revel, ESB, Aloha, Qlub, etc.).Solid understanding of API and cross-platform integration.Strong analytical and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Willing to be fully WFO at our Headquarters Office in Bandung, West Java.
