Location: Philippines – Cybergate, MandaluyongWork Schedule: Dayshift – HYBRID (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)***Amenable for a company-paid work trips outside of NCR. The duration of these trips will range from one to three month, depending on company needs***Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Holderat least 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.With experience in handling loans and lending projects/ finance background.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.Has handled enterprise-level or multi-system projects, particularly complex projectsWith experience in executive-level presentations, and requirement documentation.Familiarity with software development life cycles and project management practices.Proven track record of gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.Job Summary:A business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective solutions. This role includes requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder engagement and communication, solution design validation, business process improvement, project management support, data analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Business Analyst works across departments along with the Product Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize business performance, and support successful project delivery.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and MS Office.Ability to create process flows, user stories, use cases, and data models.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Skilled in stakeholder management.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change.
