We realize our vision through committing to the following missions:Staying on top of the new technologies and their implications in solving the world’s problemsBe a wealthy company built on the foundation of the value of people, the long-term and big thinking, and solving the undefined problemsContinuously boost the digital transformations to the world through new technology developmentFor further information about us, please visit our website at https://sens-vn.com/Reporting to: Project ManagerYour responsibilities:The mission of a BA is to work on the overall understanding of the project’s business objectives and requirements and to ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.Collaborate with Project Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst to:Gather business and system requirements from clientsAssist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas contributing values to the client projectsEngage with multiple project stakeholdersDevelop robust and thorough analysis and visualizations of the end-user’s journey flowsWrite “Agile user stories” and work with clients on acceptance criteriaWork with the Project team (Developers, QA/ QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycleIdentify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to managementSupport PM on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation.Required Qualifications (Must-Have)Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related technical fields6 months - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or technology projectsExperienced with any collaborative interface design tools is a plusKnowledge of BPMN 2.0Basic knowledge of UML, database, SQL, life-cycle softwareProficient in English both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)English certification (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL) is preferredExperience using UI/UX or interface design tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart)Experience working with multiple stakeholders (Client, Developer, QA, PM)Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Trello or similar task management toolsInterest or understanding of project management practices and enterprise systems.Soft SkillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational skillsProblem-solving skillsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAn interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.Job Type: Full-timeWorking location and hours:Location: Floor 16, Phuong Long Building, 16 Nguyen Truong To Street, 12 Ward, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamTime: Mon-Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)Salary: NegotiableBenefits and welfare:Premium Private Health Insurance (PVI)Annual leave up to 14 daysYearly salary reviewLaptop and other working devices provided
