In Enterprise IT we work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders to co-create digital solutions and secure delivery of IT capabilities for top prioritized business and process areas. About this opportunity: We are seeking an IT Business Engagement Manager to lead and support on IT engagements & IT deliverables towards Product-, Next-generation Software and Network Deployment Project Business Flows in Portfolio-to-Cash, and for key strategic Group or Business Area initiatives.We are here to ensure timely value delivery in all phases from conceptual design to released functionality supporting adoption. Here, you act as the Enterprise IT interface and represent EIT accountability to business stakeholders, including ensuring relevant operational governance. You will be accountable for extracting main risks and issues, drive mitigation and response on escalations, and follow-up with Sponsors. You will report to Madelene Gustavsson, Head of Business Flow, in Product Area Customer Experience, Enterprise IT in this role.What you will do:Facilitate alignment between execution teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient execution aligned with transformation goals. Support the mobilization of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Product Owners to spearhead critical projects. Secure collaboration, communication, and governance within the Enterprise IT organization and stakeholders, driving key strategic initiatives forward Secure proposed solutions become scalable, stable and secure, and compliant with IT architectural strategy, IT processes & fundamentals before moving to production Facilitate the handover to the responsible IT Line organisation, ensuring seamless transition and continuity, including guiding principles’ adherence, follow-up on roles, and required competencies and capacity. Drive demand management between EIT and your business stakeholder, ensuring competence availability on time. Ensure IT Operations budget is secured for successful deliveryThe Skills You Bring5+ years of experience in executing Digital Transformation within Business and IT Experience of managing large-scale IT deliveries involving multiple system domains Proven strengths to manage stakeholder expectations and aligning digital initiatives vs business priorities Experience from agile development using agile delivery methodologies in an enterprise setting Good understanding of IT digital technologies, processes and tools Experience of complexities to large system landscapes with multiple integrations About YouYou initiate action, curiously seek opportunities and mitigate risks, and adopt flexibly to follow through and deliver results You build trust, good working relationships, and communicate and collaborate effectively Informal leadership capability, with demonstrated ability to encourage and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. Good to have PMI or PMP certification (preferred) A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field Business experience from BA/MA/CU (preferred) Preferred location: Stockholm. However, remote location in nearby time-zone may also be considered.
