Are you ready to grow with us?We are hiring an IT Business Partner Senior (Contract Logisitcs).We are looking for a Senior professional with expertise in IT and Contract Logistics to act as the strategic link in our local/regional operation. You will be the IT representative for the business, ensuring strategic alignment, demand management, and the operational excellence of systems within the assigned geography.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic IT Leadership: Act as the primary IT representative in regional/local business decision meetings, ensuring alignment with global Contract Logistics (CL) strategy.Demand & Investment Management: Partner with the business to formalize, prioritize, and manage the demand for new IT projects and investments (including CAPEX/DAF).Operational Escalation Point: Serve as the main contact for managing and resolving critical IT incidents that impact the CL business operations, ensuring high quality of service.Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Develop strong relationships with CL leadership and strategic customers (presales) to drive service improvement and identify new technology opportunities.IT Cost & Budget Oversight: Participate in local IT cost control processes (CAPEX/IAR) and overall budget management for the assigned geography.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of demonstrable experience in similar IT Business Partner or strategic IT roles.Highly desirable: Experience within Contract Logistics (CL) or Supply Chain environments.Proven experience in Project Management and project management tools.University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
