Acushnet Japan Inc, is looking for an IT business process analyst who can collaborate very closely with global experts to introduce Acushnet IT application standard to Japan. Not only working on new IT initiatives but also the candidate will be a key player to improve various IT business application services in Japan More specifically, this position will be in charge of implementing, maintaining and expanding global business application standards for Acushnet Japan, and responsible for improvement of business applications and their user efficiencies☆Career attractions/Opportunities☆The position will allow you to have a bird's eye view of company operations and to perform as one of the important members working on global company-wide projects. Not only working on new IT initiatives but also the candidate will be a key player to improve various IT business application services in Japan.More specifically, this position will be in charge of implementing, maintaining and expanding global business application standards for Acushnet Japan, and responsible for improvement of business applications and their user efficienciesJob DescriptionWork with global Production Support team to maintain current global ERP and enhance for fundamental business requirement so that Japan business runs smoothly. (Development work on ERP is not required.)Deep dive into core user business operations and find improvement opportunities. Provide IT solutions to support business operations pain points.Translate business language into system language (vice versa) so that each party can work accurately.Clear communication to prioritize tasks, clarifying the reason for prioritization. (Agile approach)Escalate business high priority issues to global prod support team to remediate quickly.Support Process Controlling activities to meet audit criteria.Play a key role as business process analyst for upcoming ERP project. (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)Ensure end-to-end process to minimize business impacts by various satellite system changes. (e.g., e-commerce replacement, B2B portal etc.)Lead operational changes led by system changes.RequirementProven experience in ERP implementation project.
