Do you want to work local, or are you eager to travel to our European plants?At Eurofit, it's up to you!Job PurposeThe IT Business Solution Specialist will provide operational support for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing Business Solution systems to ensure optimal efficiency. This role involves active participation in daily operations and critical evaluation of processes to identify and implement potential improvements across multiple Eurofit plants.Key ResponsibilitiesKey result area 1: Incident managementServe as the first point of contact for incidents and coordinate response plans and corrective measuresDirectly address and resolve faultsRedirect major issues to software service providersAct as an interface between in-house users and software service providersKey result area 2: System improvementAssist in decision making for system customizationSupport IT and plant managers in project executionDevelop current state analysis of plant processesProvide guidance on solving business problems with standardized solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation and training manualsKey result area 3: SupportManage and promote best practices and proceduresServe as the point of contact for both in-house users and external software distributors and service providersSupport in-house users across a wide range of functional mattersIdentify and address training needsConduct proactive analysis and propose potential improvements in systems and processesCompetencies & Expertise Education and experienceBachelor degree in IT or equivalent through experienceITIL certification or 5 years of experience in an IT organizationSpecific technical knowledgeUnderstanding of ERP and EDI standardsUnderstanding of the different aspects within ITBroad knowledge of supply chain (automotive) processesKnowledge of the following applications and systems: JIT/JIS, EDI, ERP, WMS, MESFunctional / Behavioural competencies Change managementCommunication & policy reinforcementSupplier managementFluent in English.
