Apply now!Learn more jti.comPlease apply until November 26, 2025IT Business Solutions ManagerThe role is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of applications across geographically distributed teams, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and compliance with governance standards. It oversees third-party vendors and external resources to meet contractual obligations within budget and may lead the localization and rollout of centralized systems, including project planning, data migration, and go-live execution. The role works closely with business stakeholders and D&IT partners to identify capability improvements, align new solutions with roadmap priorities, and promote innovation by monitoring technology developments within and outside JTI. All activities are carried out in adherence to JTI’s project management framework, D&IT policies, and corporate governance standards.As the IT Business Solutions Manager under the area of D&IT, you willIdentifies and enhances business capabilities by leveraging existing JTI solutions, promoting technology reuse, and collaborating with global and regional teams.Supports rollout of centralized systems across markets, sharing learnings and ensuring faster, efficient deployment.Utilizes low-code tools and APIs within JTI’s framework to deliver quick, simple digital solutions and improve user experience.Ensures stability, compliance, and security of D&IT applications while managing incidents and aligning with internal and external service providers.Drives innovation by exploring new trends and fostering ideas to improve operations and business models.Manages regional application portfolios and distributed teams, overseeing operational excellence, project execution, and crisis communication.Oversees D&IT governance by managing budgets, ensuring policy compliance, cost optimization, and alignment with corporate technology standards. RequirementsOver 3 years of IT experience, including 1+ year in managing Business Solutions or Application teamsBackground in multinational FMCG companies with strong business process knowledgeFluent in written and spoken English FunctionalExperienced in Microsoft PowerPlatform, Data Lake/Warehouse, or Sales and Loyalty SystemsSkilled in business analysis, process documentation, and solution design using Agile methodsStrong in project management, budgeting, and supplier coordinationSoftEffective leader with strong teamwork and communication skillsDecisive, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsInnovative, proactive, and customer-focusedAre you ready to join us?
