IT Change Manager

*** IT Change Manager - 12 months + ext. - Remote *** On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Change Manager to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term prospects.This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost 100% remote with occasional travel within Europe.The maximum rate we can pay for this role is €250 pr day.Tasks:Manage periodical communicationsMonthly newsletterAnnouncements (new functionality, new users access)Prepare weekly “how to” 60 seconds clipsManage the project community on Microsoft TeamsPrepare training materials and manage training library on TeamsMonitor KPIs (onboarded users, usage statistics) to assess the success of the change managementAssist in the preparation of management presentations and update materials as necessarySpecific skills/experience required:5+ years Change and/or Communications Manager experience.3+ years IT environment change management experience.Change management certification is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills.Candidates HAS to be located in Europe AND have an EU passport.If you are interested please contact Alex Upton-Agerholm on aagerholm@redglobal.com or apply here.
