IT Communication Trainee

The Position As a Communication Trainee for our IT AI & Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication efforts and internal knowledge sharing within the company. In this role, you will learn about our product strategy to establish clear and effective communication about our activities and offering for the whole company. You will support our team in managing communication for the following tools: Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Snowflake, Statistica, RStudio, Alteryx and Knime.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesHelp to develop and execute communication strategies to promote activities, news and offering of Self-Service Analytics product teamHelp team to manage and keep up-to-date communication channels, including INSITE pages (SharePoint sites), newsletters, Teams communities and other mediaSupport in creating engaging and relevant content to effectively convey information to community members of the different toolsWork closely with the Self-Service Analytics team to understand communication needs and ensure consistent and timely deliveryAssist in measure and analyze the impact of communication activities and adjust as necessary to maximize reach and effectiveness Requirements Student of Communication, Marketing or related fieldAdvanced level of EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerWillingness to communicate with multicultural audiencesProficient in using communication tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platformsFamiliarity with analytics and data visualization concepts is a plusOur CompanyWhy Boehringer Ingelheim?With us, you can develop your own path in a company with a culture that knows our differences are our strengths - and break new ground in the drive to make millions of lives better.Here, your development is our priority.
