In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base in Oman, focusing on delivering innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You will utilize your local market knowledge and networking skills to promote our products and services, ensuring our clients are equipped with effective security measures to protect their operations. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunitiesUnderstand client needs and tailor IT and cybersecurity solutions to meet those needs effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to design the best solutions for our clientsConduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapePrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales processRequirementsOmani Nationality is requiredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of one year of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales or account managementStrong understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions, services, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales toolsRelevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.
