Position SummaryThe Information Technology Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise HRIS and productivity platforms with a focus on data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. This role will support the IT department and collaborate with HR and other business units to ensure that Dayforce HRIS and Google Workspace are effectively utilized. The IT Data Analyst will ensure that organizational data and systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for business needs.Duties And Responsibilities Maintain and support the Dayforce HRIS system, including user access, data integrity, and system upgrades. Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to generate reports and dashboards from Dayforce for compliance, payroll, and workforce analytics. Support the administration of Google Workspace, including account creation, deactivation, and permissions management. Provide technical support and training to employees regarding system usage and data reporting. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to HRIS and Google Workspace. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR and IT data workflows. Assist with IT projects that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies. Work with the Director of Applications and other leadership members to support company-wide technology initiatives.Essential Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. 1+ year of experience with Dayforce HRIS administration and reporting preferred. Experience with Google Workspace administration (user management, shared drives, permissions, and integrations). Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing productivity in data analysis and workflow automation. Strong knowledge of data analysis, report building, and dashboard creation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Physical Demands And Work Conditions Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. Frequently required to stand, walk, and use office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, and telephones. Must occasionally reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 40 lbs.
