Job Description
Location : Dorfen/Auxburg/Schongau/Leuna , Germany Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site IT support for client systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Support and maintain Windows operating systems and server Active Directory (AD) environments.Manage networking infrastructure, including basic Cisco networking and TCP/IP configurations.Handle mobile device management, printer support, and peripheral troubleshooting.Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure continuous uptime and system reliability.Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference.Technical Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of Windows OS and server AD.Knowledge of Microsoft tools and applications.Basic networking concepts, including Cisco devices and TCP/IP protocols.Experience managing mobile devices and printers.Familiarity with client-side IT support processes.Qualifications:German language proficiency – mandatory.Relevant IT certifications or diploma preferred.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently on-site and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
