With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new IT Director / Head of IT to manage their IT team.About the jobYour role involves:Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing IT strategy/digitalization to improve business outcomesSpearhead transformative projects in our retail and e-commerce spaces, from defining technology roadmaps to driving innovative AI solutions that enhance productivity and business operations. 6Design and implement a seamless omni-channel customer experience by leading feasibility assessments and partnering with Group Technology on technical designs. Oversee the technical health of our e-commerce platforms and enhance our retail support services to improve efficiency and incident response times. Leading IT project implementation, milestone planning, risk management and etcPlanning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex)Champion a robust cybersecurity posture by managing network security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (PDPA), and proactively managing risk in line with our group frameworkSkills and experience requiredAs a successful applicant, you will have at least 8+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, modern POS systems, and integrated omni-channel solutions. Proven track record in IT strategy is required for this role.
