This career defining opportunity will see you making an Impact as you play a specialist senior role during the exciting journey ahead.Partnering with senior leaders, engaging strategically with other key stakeholders and playing a central role to shape the future success for Schneider Electric in the Pacific Zone, you will be joining a market leader that will enable you with the resources to succeed, backed by the energy of those around you and enjoying all the benefits you’d expect from a truly global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic leadership as you translate strategy into clear execution across the Pacific Zone, ensuring that digital and technology strategies align with global enterprise priorities: Digital, Cyber, AI, IT and other local strategy deployment and adoptionOperational excellence as you ensure high levels of service delivery, overseeing a reliable and advancing digital/IT infrastructure that supports diverse operations across multiple geographies and environmentsSubject matter leader and trusted partner to senior leaders, championing digital innovation and supporting the business in planning and modernisation to drive growth across markets that are constantly evolving and full of opportunityLead business transformation activities, influence change and ensure efficient business systems and processes, enabling the organisation for ongoing success in relation to key business priorities and other strategic objectivesDrive innovation as a catalyst for ongoing business performance, staying connected to specialist global teams and driving a culture that is focused on adopting the latest technologiesLead others and develop a high performing team of specialists, fostering our innovative culture and promoting our Values as you deploy your passions for all things technologyManage strategic relationships and other commercial considerations to maximise organisational performance and value to key stakeholder groups and the wider Pacific ZoneEnsure compliance, proactively manage risk, governance and other policies/standards that adhere to statutory requirements, internal processes and provides resilient business systemsYour ProfileRelevant tertiary qualifications coupled with proven senior experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex global/multinational organisationPrevious experience in the successful delivery of technology and other digital solutions, especially where you have led complex strategies, business transformation and related change activitiesDepth of experience in leading enterprise architecture and a passion for emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, ERP systems, Cyber Security, Applications, Data, Infrastructure Domains etc.)Strong knowledge in key areas; Governance, Compliance and other key commercial areas, familiar with regulatory environments within Australia and the Pacific regionsValues driven and inclusive Leader who has a presence, known for nurturing strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and trusted partnerships that achieve outcomes through both people and technologyThose with additional Postgraduate Qualifications or Certifications will be viewed favourably (Masters, MBA, ITIL, PMP, CGEIT, CISSP etc.)All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.Schneider Electric does not accept unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles from external agencies or suppliers via any method.
