Position SummaryRiteScreen is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead the organization’s technology vision, infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that RiteScreen’s IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in IT operations, systems architecture, and digital transformation, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on technical expertise.Key Priorities for the First Six MonthsAssess current IT infrastructure and processes across the organizationRecommend strategic improvements to enhance system performance and securityReinforce IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standardsSupport business continuity and operational excellence initiativesCore ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of RiteScreen’s IT strategy aligned with business goalsOversee all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks to ensure reliability, security, and scalabilityManage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovationEnsure 24/7 availability and reliability of critical business systems and applicationsMaintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)Direct IT support operations and ensure timely issue resolution and end-user satisfactionOversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement to ensure cost-effective technology investmentsLead and deliver key technology initiatives, including ERP implementation and geographic expansionIdentify and implement emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and competitive advantageQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a corporate or multi-location environmentProven leadership in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, and cybersecurityStrong experience in manufacturing environmentsExpertise with systems including Dell PowerEdge, Microsoft ServerOS, MS SQL, Microsoft HyperV, VMware, IBM iSeries, DB2, and WebSphereKnowledge of cloud computing architectures (public, private, hybrid) and cloud-based application managementHands-on experience with ERP implementation or optimization projectsStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business languageCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Cisco, or AWS are a plusLocation & TravelThis position can be based onsite, hybrid, or remote with periodic travel to RiteScreen facilities in Elizabethville, PA and Hialeah, FL (up to 25%).Compensation & BenefitsRiteScreen offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO)Opportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentEqual Employment Opportunity StatementRiteScreen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
