DXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship.ResponsibilityProvide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure especially in IT Platform support (e.g., Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Window, Linux, etc.) and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractual obligations, established technical standards that support complex business needs in accordance with ITSM process (Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Capacity Management)Apply deep technical knowledge to administer one or more technology areas in system administration, security, performance and availability managementIntegrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customersContribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentationUnderstand a customer's complex organizational structure and support processes, with multiple regions, countries, sites, contact points, processes, people, cultures, etcProactively learn new technologies, processes and other skills, able to proactively search for solutions from knowledge bases, support documentation, and other information resources. Keen interest in continual learning and professional developmentProvide training and documentation on area of expertise and new technologyRequirementsBachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences4 ~ 5+ years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user supportProfessional certification such as Wintel/UNIX/VMWare/Azure/AWS/Oracle VM/SQL/EMC/NetApp/O365Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1 or BJT J2 (advantage)Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trainedExcellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environmentIndependent and able to work with little or no supervisionDemonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environmentRequired to be on standby rotation during weekend/public holidaysAble to work on 24x7 shift rotation when neededOur culture and benefits: DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
