Then this position is for you.As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and improving our exchange platform and providing high-quality technical and functional support in our ecosystem:Build side:Clarify and qualify client requirementsEstimate feasibility, complexity, and costs of new demandsDesign, implement, and validate technical and functional solutionsContribute to platform improvements and evolution initiativesParticipate in studies and PoCs to enhance the systemApply structured test procedures and ensure delivery qualityRun side:Provide reliable technical and functional support to internal clientsEnsure incident management and problem resolutionMonitor platform performance and guarantee operational stabilityCollaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Tech LeadMaintain documentation and respect internal processes and guidelinesThis is your backgroundYou have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT engineering environments. You enjoy solving technical challenges, improving systems, and delivering reliable solutions and are constantly innovating. You enjoy building robust services, automating processes, and supporting mission-critical applications and are constantly innovating.
