We believe that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, and we’re excited to welcome new team members who are eager to learn, grow, and shape the future with us.About the OpportunityThe IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to the Econic office located in Brussels as well as helping to support our global operations.This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, systems administration, and supporting end-users globally.The position requires periodic travel to other countries within the EU to support our international offices and clients.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including desktop, laptop, network, printer, software, and mobile device issues.System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions.Practitioner Support: Assist billable staff with client-related issues and provide excellent levels of service in all areas.Training: Conduct training sessions such as onboarding new staff.About YouExperience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or proven IT experience and certifications.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. 2nd Line support experience is essential.SkillsProficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and network technologies. Experience with Microsoft InTune, Entra, Active Directory, and Exchange is highly desirable.Fluency in English is required.Competencies Proactive and self- motivated – able to work independently and take initiative.Adaptable and Flexible – comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to changing priorities.Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time well.Collaborative – ability to work well with wider team across offices and share knowledge.
