About VirtuozzoVirtuozzo is a pioneer in software for hosting providers and cloud services, delivering a broad portfolio of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions on top of our cloud infrastructure.Role SummaryYou’ll join IT & Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. The role blends internal IT with production operations: automate routine work, run OpenStack-based infrastructure, resolve incidents, and help colleagues via the helpdesk. You’ll also take part in an on-call rotation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch).Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups.Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk; manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration (incl. M365, SSO/MFA).Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment) and data-center documentation/runbooks.Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs.Participate in the on-call rotation.Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD).Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures.
