The role involves overseeing IT governance policies, identifying and mitigating IT risks, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Typical responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting IT operations, managing networks, cybersecurity, and refining governance frameworks. Additionally, the role focuses on contributing to the improvement of IT processes and infrastructure to ensure organizational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system and operational issues.Skills in Network Administration and managing network infrastructures effectively.Knowledge of Information Technology and IT Operations to ensure systems run seamlessly and securely.Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively.Understanding of IT governance frameworks and experience in compliance with security standards.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, or CISSP are an advantage.
