The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Guidewire's technical structure and capabilities, with proven experience in implementing Guidewire Policy and/or Claims Center for insurance. This role requires a strong understanding of the underwriting journey, the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between business and technical teams. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional European languages being advantageous. Familiarity with automation and AI agent integration is a plus.Location: This position will be based out of our Zurich office. We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.Our business, your impact, our opportunityWhat You’ll Be DoingLead the implementation of Guidewire Policy and/or Claims Center for insurance clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the underwriting journey and its integration with Guidewire.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.Utilize expertise in Guidewire's technical structure and capabilities to provide strategic insights and solutions.Incorporate automation and AI agent technologies into project workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.What You’ll BringGuidewire Expertise: Intimately familiar with the capabilities and technical structure of Guidewire.Implementation Experience: Proven track record of implementing Guidewire Policy and/or Claims Center for insurance.Underwriting Knowledge: Strong understanding of the underwriting journey and its translation to GuidewireAutomation and AI: Familiarity with automation technologies and the use of AI agents to enhance operational efficiency.Communication: Excellent communicator, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical teams.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plusThis role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about leveraging their Guidewire expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in the insurance domain while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.Our BenefitsWe continuously evaluate and update our benefit programs to ensure that our plans meet the needs of our employees and their dependents.
