💻 Job Title: IT Hardware Specialist📍 Location: Leipheim, Germany (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)💼 Contract Type: B2B Contract for 6+ months🚀 About the RoleWe’re seeking a hands-on IT Hardware Specialist to join our client’s technology team in Leipheim, Germany.In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring seamless IT transitions for new hires and leavers. You’ll work closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and IT teams across the EMEA region to deliver world-class IT support.If you’re passionate about hardware, troubleshooting, and providing high-quality service to end users — this role is for you!🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute IT onboarding and offboarding activities across business units.Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to manage orientation schedules and employee transitions.Deliver “white glove” IT support to new hires and departing employees.Configure, deploy, and collect laptops, desktops, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and maintain hardware such as laptops, printers, and conference room equipment.Provide first-login assistance, MFA setup, and access management (AD, Office 365, Azure AD).Maintain device operating systems, apply patches, and ensure endpoint security.Manage and configure devices using MDM tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).Participate in IT and project meetings to streamline technical processes.💡 Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with IT hardware and peripherals.Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD.Proven ability to onboard/offboard employees efficiently.Proficiency in troubleshooting laptops, printers, and conference room systems.Excellent communication skills in English and German.🧠 Preferred Knowledge & ToolsFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune.Understanding of endpoint security, MDM solutions, and ITSM tools.Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.🎓 QualificationsTechnical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft Technical Associate, or equivalent experience.Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of IT support experience in a Microsoft environment.Prior experience providing customer-facing or helpdesk support.
