Role Description This full-time role for an IT Hardware Technician is a hybrid position located in Colombo, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The IT Hardware Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for various hardware issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks. Additional responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service and training other staff members on hardware functionalities.
