That’s CustomerHD BPO.About The JobCustomerHD is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our internal CHD IT team and assist with supporting in-office and remote employees’ technology. Work coverage is 7 days a week with time ranging from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility is needed because we require some after-hours/on-call rotation.Primary ResponsibilitiesRespond to IT Help Desk requests from employeesDiagnose hardware and software problemsDiagnose remote employee technology issuesDeploy new equipment and provision workspaces for employeesAssist with user account managementAssist with new employee onboardingMaintain inventory for computer hardware and accessoriesMaintain asset management system and equipment checkout for remote employeesParticipate in rotating on-call support for after-hours and weekendsRequirements2+ years experience in the I.T. fieldWorking knowledge of relevant operating systems (primarily Windows 11) and application software (Slack, Google Chrome, Office 365)Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsKeen attention to detailGood organization, time management, and prioritizationEfficient troubleshooting skillsEffective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listeningGreat customer service and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in IT support role desired but not requiredWork in-office most of the time.
