We currently employ more than 60 engineers capable of addressing our customers’ cybersecurity needs, from daily operations to strategic decision making. Our specialized teams provide high value-added services in all fields of cybersecurity, e.g. penetration testing, monitoring and detection, incident response, design and integration of security solutions, governance, consulting and training.In 2020, SCRT acquired Telsys, a company specialized in Datacenter solutions, creating a group that now employs more than 100 people, based mostly in Morges (Switzerland) but also in Geneva and Bern.Since 2022, SCRT and Telsys have been acquired by Orange Cyberdefense, and are thus part of and supported by a global group of cybersecurity specialists worldwide.In order to strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Agent.Key Tasks:Follow-up of customer tickets (updating tickets, follow-up with publisher, customer reminders, etc.)Administration and updating of Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 solutions, etc.User management in Microsoft Active Directory serviceInstallation of user workstationsCabling of new hardware (servers, appliances, etc.)Documentation writingManagement and resolution of level 1 and 2 incidents on customer infrastructuresOperate / support internal and customer infrastructureInstallation / replacement of equipment at customer sitesParticipation in on-call serviceWhat we expect of youResident in SwitzerlandCFC Computer scientist or equivalentAutonomous and rigorousSolution-oriented and stress-resistantFlexible and open to changeAnalytical skillsTeam spiritDriving licenseInterest in new technologiesVery good knowledge of English & French
