IT Infrastructure Consultant

OverviewWe’re looking for a Technical Consultant who’s passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping internal and external clients get the most from their systems. You’ll work across ERP systems, Microsoft ecosystems, infrastructure, database, and information security governance environments, delivering, configuring, and supporting modern business solutions. This role suits someone with 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, system implementation, or IT infrastructure, and an interest in any of these area: cloud, automation, security, and governance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Intune, Purview, Azure, SQL databases, network administration, and security compliance frameworks, with plenty of learning and certification support. What You’ll Do Deliver and support solutions for ERP, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure, security, and database environments. Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist clients with integrations, migrations, and performance tuning. Manage user access, devices, and data security using Microsoft Intune, Purview, and Defender. Implement and support information security governance policies aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, and Vietnam PDPL or Singapore PDPA. Support internal and external clients in improving system reliability, compliance, and security posture. Develop and maintain SQL databases, queries, and scripts for automation or reporting. Design and implement automation scripts or tools using PowerShell, Python, or other programming languages. Contribute to network and infrastructure setup, monitoring, security hardening, and optimization. Document configurations, system architecture, security controls, and automation processes. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure/network/database/security implementation or supporting or consulting.  Experience in ERP solutions is an advantage. Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) is an advantage. Solid understanding of SQL, database management, cloud, networking, information security, and data protection concepts. Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) and workflow tools (Power Automate) is an advantage. Familiarity with security or data governance frameworks (ISO 27001, PDPL, or GDPR). Experience with network and system troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, firewalls). Problem-solver with strong communication skills in English. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks. Nice to HaveBackground in infrastructure, database management, security governance, or network administration. Experience with Azure, or AWS. Any Microsoft 365/ Azure/ AWS Certifications or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or ERP vendor certifications. Why You’ll Love Working Here Work on cutting-edge ERP, cloud, database, automation, and information security governance projects. Learn from experts and get support for Microsoft and security certifications. Friendly and inclusive culture focused on growth. 16 paid days off per calendar year and 2 additional paid holiday days off for Christmas (24th & 25th December). TRG will pay full social insurance based on your salary, even during your probation period.
