You're passionate about keeping infrastructure stable and continuously improving it? Then this is your role. As an IT Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer, you'll take ownership of our production IT operations (24/7) and contribute to evolving our modern platform stack.You'll join a cross-functional, silo-free team and work closely with our central SRE team and DevOps engineers embedded in product teams. Together, you'll shape infrastructure that empowers development and drives real business value.AufgabenThis is not a traditional sysadmin role. We're looking for someone who excels in daily IT operations but also lives the DevOps mindset. Someone who enjoys working across teams, thinks in terms of platforms, and wants to build infrastructure that scales.Ensure reliability and uptime of our production systems (Kubernetes, networks, storage)Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.Operate and evolve monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Cribl.ioRespond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis in high-availability environmentsContribute to building self-service platforms and GitOps-based workflowsContinuously optimize infrastructure, performance, cost-efficiency and securityCollaborate cross-functionally with SRE and DevOps colleagues across teamsTake part in migrations and modernizations, e.g., VMware → Nutanix, Fortigate → Palo Alto, IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code)ProfilSeveral years of experience in infrastructure operations and systems engineeringHands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and modern DevOps toolingDeep understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and monitoring stacksExperience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (AWS, OVH, gcore, etc.)Strong problem-solving mindset and a desire to automate everythingIdeally: coding experience in Golang or PythonExcellent English skills are required for this position.
