It is an exciting time to work in the field of AI to create a long-lasting impact.About The RoleWe are looking for an IT infrastructure Intern who will be participating in all infrastructure administration activities. The intern will work on monitoring, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and implementing changes on the environment.What You'll DoMonitor and administration of enterprise network (access points, switches, routers, perimiter firewalls and VPNs) Monitor on-prem data center and communication roomsProvide basic support for on-prem servers. physical and virtualPerform NAC administrationIAM and access provisioning for infrastructure components and VPN clients, in addition to periodic reviewsPerform Storage and Backup systems administrationRespond to support tickets related to troubleshooting end-users and peripherals connectivity issues and conduct RCAPerform patch management activities for on-prem infrastructure components as well as endpointsPerform asset management for infrastructure components and conduct periodic health checksQualificationsFull understanding of enterprise network TCP/IP and OSI modelBasic knowledge of Linux and Windows ServerBasic knowledge about virtualization and containerizationBSc degree in related major, or final year student (if university allows)Professional certifications will be preferredPositive attitude and passion for learning and innovationBenefitsYou will be at the forefront of an exciting time for the Middle East, joining an incredibly exciting technology company in the region.You will be given a lot of responsibility and trust.
