iKnowHealth S.A. is seeking an IT Intern to join our team. As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology industries, our goal is to improve productivity, enhance access to information, and lower the overall cost of managing large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.We specialize in developing and distributing the Evorad® certified clinical software, a complete RIS / PACS / WORKSTATION suite that covers all the needs of a radiology department. Our software offers customizable user roles, multi-task scheduling, complete audit trails, and customizable medical reports.ResponsibilitiesAssist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheralsProvide basic technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)Help monitor and maintain network systems, backups, and security toolsDocument IT procedures, incidents, and solutionsSupport the IT team with routine maintenance tasks and system upgradesRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and networking fundamentalsUnderstanding of network protocols and operations (e.g. routing, firewalls, VLANs)Familiar with Microsoft Office and troubleshooting common technical issuesGood problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsEager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsiblyNice to HaveFamiliarity with network management tools and systems, such as Unifi, Omada, or SophosExposure to cloud environments, preferably Azure DevOpsPrevious experience (academic or practical) in Linux system administration or network configurationBenefitsCareer development and growth opportunitiesAn amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens -siteContinuous training via personalized seminarsStable and enjoyable working environment
